Maison BARNES, in partnership with IWA, invites you to discover the evolution of sake through the lens of Assemblage. Created by Richard Geoffroy, former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, IWA reimagines the traditional Japanese craft through the art of blending, achieving a profound balance of weight, depth, and complexity.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a vertical tasting of four distinct Assemblages (3 through 6). To mirror the elegance of the liquid, Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier have crafted a menu of seasonal canapés, accented by the refined salinity of Petrossian caviar.

Maison BARNES is honored to welcome Comte Alexandre de Vogüé, co-owner and devoted steward of Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, for a special installment of our French Art de Vivre series. As a descendant of the family that has preserved this 17th-century masterpiece for generations, Alexandre brings to life the artistry of the estate often regarded as the inspiration for the Palace of Versailles.
The evening features a presentation where Alexandre shares personal anecdotes and the modern challenges of overseeing an ambitious restoration program. He offers a unique perspective on his "family duty" as the Director of Communications and Marketing and President of Les Amis de Vaux-le-Vicomte.
Following the presentation, we invite a limited number of guests to extend the evening with an intimate dinner in Le Confidentiel. Joined by Comte Alexandre de Vogüé, guests will enjoy a curated menu with a bespoke dessert inspired by the historic kitchens of Vaux-le-Vicomte.

Maison BARNES, in partnership with Laurent-Perrier, invites you to an exceptional evening celebrating the House’s pursuit of perfection through the art of blending. This intimate dinner will mark the unveiling of Grand Siècle Iteration N°27 in avant-première, on the occasion of its official U.S. launch.
Guided by Cellar Master Olivier Vigneron, during one of his rare visits to the United States, alongside Oenologist Constance Delaire, guests will be immersed in the Maison’s savoir-faire through a curated selection of rare and not yet commercially available cuvées.
To complement the elegance of the wines, Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier have crafted a refined three-course dinner, designed to elevate each expression throughout the evening.
