Throughout the evening, guests will embark on a sensory journey through the brand’s dedication to time and craftsmanship, featuring a curated progression of four rare, aged single malt whiskies. To enhance this masterclass, Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier have crafted a bespoke four-course menu where each dish acts as a dialogue with the spirits’ complex profiles.
The evening culminates in a final pour of a vintage rarely experienced in such a setting, offering a rare look at the "quiet luxury" of the single malt within the private, hushed elegance of the Maison.

Maison BARNES, in partnership with The Edit by Angelova (TEA), invites you to an extraordinary evening where world-class gastronomy and legendary music converge.
As you enjoy a seasonal two-course dinner crafted by Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier, featuring an exclusive wine pairing by Château Jasson, 92-year-old Juilliard Artist-in-Residence Mikhail Voskresensky will perform a private piano concerto. A protégé of Dmitri Shostakovich, Voskresensky is a final link to the golden age of classical music, making this an incredibly rare opportunity to witness his mastery in an intimate, "living room" setting.
Throughout the evening, conversation with the artist will be woven into the experience, creating a night rooted in presence, connection, and unrivaled heritage.

Billecart-Salmon Four-Course Dinner with Alexandre Bader

Step into the world of Maison Billecart-Salmon for an extraordinary evening of gastronomy and heritage. Founded in 1818, the House remains family-owned and independent, led today by the seventh generation.
This exclusive dinner is hosted by Managing Director Alexandre Bader, who has worked alongside the family for over 30 years to uphold the House's philosophy of excellence. The evening features a bespoke four-course menu by Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier, paired with seven exceptional cuvées, including a rare vertical of the prestige Cuvée Louis Salmon and Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon.
Exclusively for our guests, the night will mark the debut of Cuvée “Daniel.” This prestige Blanc de Blancs, crafted in tribute to Chef Daniel Boulud, will be shared ahead of its official release.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST: The Vision of Jean Cocteau

Join Maison BARNES for an evening dedicated to the genius of French poet and filmmaker, Jean Cocteau. We gather to celebrate his cinematic landmark, Beauty and the Beast (La Belle et la Bête), a spectacular vision of enchantment and desire that has become a timeless icon of wonder.
The screening will be followed by an intimate discussion drawing on the behind-the-scenes details found in Cocteau’s Diary of a Film. This extraordinary journal describes the filmmaker's journey to create one of the 20th century's most spellbinding masterpieces.
Special Guest Speaker: Nicholas Elliott, writer, translator, and film programmer, will discuss his recently published translation of Cocteau’s Diary of a Film. Publisher Jim Colvill will also be in attendance, with copies of the book available for purchase.
