Maison BARNES, in partnership with Laurent-Perrier, invites you to an exceptional evening celebrating the House’s pursuit of perfection through the art of blending. This intimate dinner will mark the unveiling of Grand Siècle Iteration N°27 in avant-première, on the occasion of its official U.S. launch.
Guided by Cellar Master Olivier Vigneron, during one of his rare visits to the United States, alongside Oenologist Constance Delaire, guests will be immersed in the Maison’s savoir-faire through a curated selection of rare and not yet commercially available cuvées.
To complement the elegance of the wines, Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier have crafted a refined three-course dinner, designed to elevate each expression throughout the evening.

Napa vs. Bordeaux Wine Tasting

In partnership with Château Smith Haut Lafitte and Cathiard Vineyard, Maison BARNES presents an intimate comparative wine tasting dedicated to two of the world’s most iconic wine regions: Bordeaux and Napa Valley.
Hosted in the refined atmosphere of Le Confidentiel, the evening will feature a curated tasting presented side by side to highlight the nuances, elegance, and distinct identities of each terroir. Through this dialogue between Old World and New World winemaking, guests will discover the craftsmanship, philosophy, and character behind each estate.
The evening will also feature the exceptional presence of Fabien Teitgen, Winemaker and General Manager of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, offering a rare opportunity to gain personal insight into one of Bordeaux’s most celebrated wineries.
Seasonal canapés by Chef Daniel Boulud will accompany the experience throughout the evening.

Tenuta Sette Ponti & Orma Wine Dinner

Maison BARNES invites you to an intimate Tuscan wine dinner hosted by Alberto Moretti Cuseri, third-generation owner of Tenuta Sette Ponti & Orma, for a unique exploration of modern Tuscan winemaking.
Hosted in our private Film Center, the evening will begin with a Champagne reception, followed by a seated dinner designed to foster conversation and discovery.
Guests will begin the experience with a curated blind tasting of Oreno alongside iconic Tuscan labels including Sassicaia and Ornellaia, offering a unique perspective on the distinctive character and quality of Tenuta Sette Ponti wines.
Throughout the evening, Alberto Moretti Cuseri will present a selection of Tenuta Sette Ponti & Orma wines, including rare library vintages, thoughtfully paired with a refined three-course menu by Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier.
